A finished bathroom with green metro tiles, a walk-in shower and oak vanity unit

Bathroom installations, from start to finish

Complete bathroom, en-suite, wet room and cloakroom renovations - designed, plumbed, finished and managed by one accountable team.

Your new bathroom, managed as one project

Renovating a bathroom usually means juggling several trades. We bring it all together - planning, plumbing, heating and finishing - so there's one point of contact and one team responsible from the first visit to the final tile.

How a bathroom project works

Handled as a single managed project, not separate trades.

Design & planning

We visit, measure up and talk through the layout, style and budget, then agree a clear plan and quote.

First fix

Old fittings come out, and new plumbing, waste and electrics are run ready for the new layout.

Second fix & finishing

Tiling, sanitaryware, brassware, heated towel rails and final finishing - then a full clean and handover.

Before & after

Every bathroom starts back to the walls. Getting the preparation right - pipework, waste, level floors and a sound surface for tiling - is what makes the finished room look great and last.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a bathroom installation take?

It depends on the size of the room and how much is changing. A straightforward refit is quicker than a full reconfiguration or wet room. We'll give you a realistic timescale in your quote and keep you updated throughout.

How much disruption should I expect?

You'll be without that bathroom while the work is under way, and we'll let you know if water will be off at any point. We protect floors and stairs, keep dust to a minimum and tidy up at the end of each day.

Can you install a bathroom alongside other heating work?

Yes - and it often makes sense. We can combine a bathroom renovation with a new boiler, heating upgrade or underfloor heating as one project.

Do you handle tiling and finishing?

We coordinate the whole project through to finishing, including tiling, so you don't need to organise separate trades.

How much does a new bathroom cost?

It depends on the size of the room, the suite you choose and how much needs moving. As a UK guide, a downstairs cloakroom typically runs from £1,500 to £3,500, a standard family bathroom from around £5,000 to £8,000 all in, an en-suite from £3,500 to £8,000, and a wet room from £4,000 to £10,000 because of the tanking and drainage work involved. Where you land in those ranges depends mostly on the sanitaryware and tiles, which is also the part you have most control over. We give you an itemised fixed price before anything starts, so you can see where the money goes.

How long will the bathroom be out of use?

Most bathroom installations take five to ten working days, with wet rooms at the top of that range. The room itself is unusable for most of that. If it is your only bathroom, we plan the sequence to get the toilet back in use as early as possible, usually within the first day or two, and we tell you upfront which days will be the awkward ones.

Do you supply the suite and tiles, or do we buy them?

Either works. We can supply everything, which usually gets you trade pricing and means one point of responsibility if something arrives damaged. Plenty of customers prefer to choose and buy their own pieces, and that is fine too. We will tell you what will and will not work in the space before you commit to anything, which is cheaper than finding out once it is delivered.

How do payments work?

For a project of this size we take a deposit before ordering sanitaryware and tiles, with the balance due on completion. Larger jobs can be split into stage payments. Whichever applies, the schedule is set out in your quote before you commit, and any change to the price is agreed with you in writing before the work is done.

What if we change our minds partway through?

It happens, usually once the room is stripped back and you can see it properly. Tell us as soon as you are thinking about it. We will price the change, tell you honestly whether it affects the timeline, and get your agreement before we carry on.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed and the terms come with your quote. Sanitaryware, showers and taps carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we register those for you where registration is needed.
