What are your opening hours?
We work weekdays, and we pick up the phone outside those hours where we can. If it is urgent, call 01789 700026 rather than emailing.
Do you cover emergencies out of hours?
We cover genuine emergencies outside normal hours where we are able to. Call rather than use the form, and we will tell you straight away whether we can get to you, roughly when, and what it will cost. Burst pipes, a smell of gas or no heating in cold weather all count.
How quickly will you reply to an enquiry?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within one working day. If your job is urgent, call rather than waiting on an email.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We call you back to understand the job. For most work we then arrange a visit, because quoting accurately on heating, a bathroom or a heat pump is not something that can be done over the phone. You get a fixed written price after that, with no obligation and no chasing.
Is there a charge for a quote?
No. Quotes and surveys for planned work are free. Urgent repair call-outs are charged, and we tell you the rate before we come out.
