One multi-skilled team covering all bases

Most home improvement projects touch more than one trade. A new bathroom needs plumbing, heating and finishing. A heat pump often means new radiators, a new cylinder or underfloor heating. When you split that across separate contractors, you become the middleman: chasing updates, settling disputes over who does what, and carrying the risk when something falls between the gaps.

We do all of it in-house, so there's one point of contact, one plan and one team accountable from first visit to final sign-off.

Frequently asked questions

What areas do you cover?

We work across the Cotswolds, Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwickshire, including Moreton-in-Marsh, Shipston-on-Stour, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Bidford-on-Avon, Alcester, Evesham, Warwick, Banbury and the surrounding villages. If you are just outside that and not sure, call and ask rather than assume. We will give you a straight answer.

Are your quotes free?

Yes. Quotes and surveys for planned work are free and carry no obligation. You get a fixed price in writing, so there are no surprises once the job starts. Call-outs for urgent repairs are charged, and we tell you the rate when you call.

What accreditations do you hold?

We are Gas Safe registered, registration number 970356, which is a legal requirement for gas work. We are MCS certified, which is required to install heat pumps and to claim the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on your behalf. We are members of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code, member number 00079771, which commits us to clear pricing, fair contracts and independent dispute resolution. We are also members of the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed, and the terms are set out in writing with your quote so you know what is covered before you commit. Boilers, heat pumps, bathroom fittings and air conditioning units carry their own manufacturer warranties on top, and we register those for you where that is needed. Most manufacturer warranties require an annual service to stay valid, and we will tell you where that applies.

How soon can you start?

Lead times move with the season, and heating work gets busiest from autumn onwards, so planning ahead pays. We give you a realistic start date with your quote rather than an optimistic one. Urgent repairs and breakdowns are handled separately and far faster than planned work.

Can one team handle heating and bathroom work on the same project?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper and faster that way. Rather than coordinating a plumber, a heating engineer and a tiler yourself, one team plans the sequence, which removes the gaps where nobody is on site and nobody is accountable for the delay.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes. We take on commercial heating, boiler and plumbing work alongside domestic projects. Send us the details and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.
